Terms of use
By using Waterphile you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain English.
Information only
Waterphile shows bottled water information for general information. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. If you have a health condition, follow a restricted diet or are preparing infant formula, ask a doctor, pediatrician or health visitor.
Data as published by brands
Mineral values, sources and descriptions come from each brand's own website, label or water quality report, with a link and a last-checked date. We do not test water ourselves and we do not estimate missing values.
Brands can change their water analysis, and values can differ between bottle sizes, plants and batches. Always check the label on your bottle. If you spot a difference, see corrections or contact us.
No warranty
We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is”, without any warranty that it is complete, accurate or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Rankings and comparisons
“Best for” lists and comparisons are built only from the numbers brands publish, using the rules described on each page. They are not endorsements and do not mean one water is healthier than another.
Ads and affiliate links
Waterphile may show ads and, in future, include affiliate links to retailers. If you buy through an affiliate link we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Ads and commissions never change the values shown or the order of any ranking.
Trademarks
Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Waterphile is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any brand shown. Bottle icons are simplified drawings, not brand logos.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to Waterphile. Please do not copy the site or its data in bulk, or use it in a way that harms the site or other visitors.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: contact us. Last updated 25 October 2026.
