Mineral waters with the most bicarbonate, plus the sulphate-rich ones.
Criterion: Bicarbonate over 600 mg/L, the EU/UK “contains bicarbonate” label level (Directive 2009/54/EC, Annex III). Sodium is shown alongside so you can check both.

Why it matters
Bicarbonate comes from the carbonate rock a water passes through and is the main mineral in many sparkling mineral waters. EU and UK law lets a natural mineral water say “contains bicarbonate” above 600 mg/L and “contains sulphate” above 200 mg/L.
